1. CITIZENSHIP

Qualified applicants who have been in Canada for at least three out of the past five years, have filed your taxes, if you need to, pass a test on your rights, responsibilities and knowledge of Canada and meet the language proficiency requirements, may apply for citizenship

2. PERMANET RESIDENCY

Anyone who has been granted permanent resident status by emigrating to Canada and has been present in Canada for at least two of the last five years, has worked overseas for a Canadian company, or is travelling with a spouse who is a Canadian citizen is eligible to apply for permanent residency.

3. SPONCERSHIP

To apply as a sponsor, you must be Canadian citizen or person registered in Canada as an Indian under the Canadian Indian Act or permanent resident of Canada. you must be at least 18 years of age.

4. OWNERS-OPERATORS

Eligible applicants may first obtain a work visa and then permanent residence by purchasing a qualified Canadian company that is directly related with the applicant's prior management expertise.

5. SELF_EMPLOYED

International athletes or artists who have been independently employed for at least two years in the previous five years may apply for permanent residency.

6. START UP VISA PROGRAM

Innovative business may qualify to attain a Letter of Support from a Canadian Designated Organization, thus allowing them to attain permanent residency in order to continue their start up in Canada.

7. EXPRESS ENTRY

Candidates who meet the minimum point requirements set by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada and are qualified may get permanent residency. 8. STUDENT VISA & STUDY PERMIT

Applicants hoping to visit Canada must exhibit that on a balance of probabilities, they will return to their home country prior to the expiration of their Canadian visa.

11. HUMANITARIAN AND COMPASSIONATE GROUNDS

Candidates who do not fit the criteria for immigration to Canada may ask the immigration officer to process their application on the basis of humanitarian and compassionate grounds at their discretion. Cases with extraordinary circumstances or those that are in the child's best interests will be accepted by RESTA Immigration Services.
